ImS2TM Bioarose and ImS2TMcolumn can quickly separate and obtain InAS2 tag recombinant proteins
ImS2 Bioarose is an affinity chromatography filler used to purify recombinant proteins with InAS2 tags. These recombinant proteins can specifically bind to the filler with ImS2 ligands, achieving high-purity protein affinity purification. Compared with traditional affinity fillers, it has higher affinity and specificity, can tolerate a wider range of purification conditions, and can obtain high-purity proteins through one-step purification.

ImS2 Introduction
The ligand on the ImS2 filler is modified from the ImS2 protein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and has a picomolar (pM) level of high affinity with the InAS2 tag.
The InAS2 tag originates from a small protein, pyoS2, that binds to ImS2 and has DNase activity. Biortus modified it to lose its DNase activity without changing its affinity for ImS2.
ImS2 column characteristics
ImS2 column is a column filled with ImS2 Bioarose. The pre-packed column shell is made of polypropylene material that does not interact with biological molecules, and provides two specifications of 1ml and 5ml pre-packed columns for the convenience of laboratory personnel for purification.
