Plasmid construction
Plasmid construction (sub-cloning) employs seamless cloning, a commonly used technique in genetic engineering. It is mainly used to insert the target gene into the vector to construct a recombinant DNA plasmid. Sub-cloning is the process of transferring a DNA fragment from one vector to another. We can achieve high-throughput for the cloning of different gene fragments into the same vector.

Service Description
Customer-provided information:
Template information: For the customer's original sequence, please provide the sequencing color map. If the sequence cannot be provided, sequencing verification and sequencing primer costs will be added.
Target vector information: For plasmids constructed by the customer themselves, sequencing results must be provided.
Target DNA fragment sequence.
Deliverables:
• plasmid DNA (1 μg) will be provided upon shipment.
• Corresponding sequencing results.
• Alignment files.
