Bio-AC™system

The Bio-AC™ system is an automated protein purification system. In a small-scale laboratory setting, it can follow pre-set programs to automatically complete sample loading and elution, reducing the need for human intervention during the operation process and thus shortening the experimental time.

This purification system is equipped with 7 peristaltic pumps, which can perform liquid transfer operations as required. It can also conduct online monitoring of liquid flow rates and pressures. Additionally, it can be equipped with affinity and gel filtration columns to achieve fully automated purification from sample loading to elution.
