Purification Process

Biortus is equipped with more than 50 AKTA, offering diverse chromatographic purification methods such as affinity chromatography, ion exchange, hydrophobic and size exclusion chromatography. It also provides various QCs, including SDS-PAGE, Analytical SEC, LC-MS, SEC-MALS, and Mass photometry, enabling quick identification of a sample’s Mw, purity, homogeneity, and protein post-translational modifications.
