ADP-glo Assa
ADP-Glo™ assay is another form of highly sensitive assay for measuring kinase activity performed in Biortus for clients. The assay could be executed on plates (96/384 wells) requiring little sample volume (5µL) and in batch mode as the reagent has a long (hours) luminescent half-life. Here shows the result of kinase inhibition by the unspecific kinase inhibitor Staurosporine detected in ADP-Glo™ assay using our TECAN Infinite F200 pro plate reader.
