Crystallography


As one of the core strengths in Biortus, we provide X-ray based high resolution crystal structures for epitope mapping, protein engineering, and structure-based or fragment-based drug discovery. With the in-house Rigaku FR-E SuperBright Rotating Anode Coupled with R-axis IV++ Plate Area diffractometer and access to synchrotron data collection facilities all over the world, we can provide fast turnaround and high-throughput crystal screening and high-resolution data collection.

In combination with our powerful protein production capability and strong biophysical and biochemical analysis techniques, we can handle a wide range of biomolecule targets going from viral polymerases, enzymes, membrane proteins, to protein-protein/nucleic acid complexes, and antigen-antibody complexes. With the accumulated experiences in determining crystal structures over the past 10 years, our crystallography department will provide the best services to meet any structure needs.
