Responsibility:
· Managing and training a team of 10-20 chemists in the medicinal chemistry group
· As a core member of the company management team, contributing to planning and execution of business development strategy with a focus on the chemistry department
· Project management
· Customer communication
· Following new development in industry and provide feedback to the management on a regular basis
 
Qualification:
· Ph.D. in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with at least 2 years Post-Doc or industry experience
· Or master degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with at least 7 years industry experience
· Excellent communication skills (proficient in the English language, spoken and written)
· Able to multi-task
