Responsibilities:
· Managing and training a team of 2-4 scientists in the structural biology group
· As a core member of department management team, contributing to planning and execution of business development strategy with focus on structural biology
· Project management
· Customer communication
· Following new development in industry and provide feedback to the management on a regular basis
 
Qualification:
· Ph.D. in structural biology or related subject; or master degree in structural biology with at least 3 years of industry experience
· Excellent communication skills (proficient in the English language, spoken and written)
· Able to multi-task
