Responsibility:
· Managing and training a team of 5-10 scientists in the in vitro pharmacology group
· As a core member of company management team, contributing to planning and execution of business development strategy with focus on in vitro pharmacology
· Project management
· Customer communication
· Following new development in industry and provide feedback to the management on a regular basis
Qualification:
· Ph.D. in biochemistry or biology with at least 2 years Post-Doc or industry experience
· Or master degree in biochemistry or biology with at least 5 years industry experience
· Assay development and compound screening experience
· Excellent communication skills (proficient in the English language, spoken and written)
· Able to multi-task
